The Truth Session is a one-off 75 minute private session for emotionally intelligent, self-aware women who’ve outgrown the way they drink - but aren’t sure what comes next. Inside this session, we’ll map your unique relationship with alcohol, unpack the internal tug-of-war and find a path that fits.
I wasn’t a daily drinker, but I was always the last one standing. The classic weekend warrior. One (or three) for the road. But by Monday I was wiped out, but by Friday I was always ready to rinse and repeat - all for a few hours of euphoria that came with a long, dull crash. Not just half my week, but half my LIFE wasted on drinking and recovering.
In January 2024, I decided the trade-off wasn’t worth it anymore. I wanted more, and I got it.
